Returns and Refunds 

We have a flexible returns policy that lets you return items that are damaged or incorrect.
If your shipment reaches you in a damaged state, we will replace it.
Here is how,
1. Take a photo of the damaged product and the shipping box it arrived in.
2. Attach your photos to an email and send it to gardenrart.store@gmail.com
3. Please include your Name, Mobile number, order number and a brief description for the return.
4. Also kindly mention if you need a refund or a replacement.
5. We will verify your order and proceed to refund or replace accordingly.
6. We will initiate your refund or replacement within 48-72 hours of receiving your mail.
